RRT Travel & Tour is a licensed tour company based in Hat Yai, Songkhla (tourism business licence no. 41/00782). We put trips together for private groups and joined tours, book hotels and tickets, run airport and border transfers, and hire out VIP vans with a driver. We work across Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia, and we can arrange halal meals and prayer stops on any route.
We are based in Hat Yai, which is a useful place to start from. The Thai spots our guests want to see are within a morning's drive, and so are the Malaysian border crossings at Sadao and Bukit Kayu Hitam. That is really why the company works the way it does: we can collect a group at the border after breakfast and have them sitting down to dinner in George Town the same night.
We hold tourism business licence no. 41/00782 and we own our vans, so the vehicle, the driver and the programme all come from the same team. Nothing is passed on to a subcontractor you have never spoken to.
Our guides speak 4+ languages, including English, Malay, Indonesian and Turkish, depending on what our guests need. We also plan around how people actually travel: halal food on the way, prayer stops that do not throw the timing out, and a pace that suits grandparents and small children as well as it suits a group of friends.
We look after school study trips, government and company charters, family holidays and private groups, across Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
